Hershey Architecture is a premier full service architectural firm that works with property managers and associations to provide Reserve Studies for properties including single family residences, garden-style condominiums, townhomes and high-rise condominiums. We understand each property has a unique set of conditions; therefore, our reports are customized to meet the clients’ needs. Modified report types include Transition Studies and Site plus Clubhouse Studies. Unlike many of our competitors we may provide the design and bid document services for repair work if required.

We are active members of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM – Chicago), the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association (ABOMA) and the Association of Condominium, Townhome and Homeowner Associations (ACTHA). Architectural/Engineering Consulting work is performed for associations throughout the United States with offices conveniently located near Chicago and Cleveland.
